Returns Policy
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through sofiadatseri.com. However, if you buy from a gallery site or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen. However, if this does happen, you can send us an email, explaining us the reasons of the refund and we will try to figure a solution that works for you.
The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact sofdats@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
- The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
- We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with art work and in its original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
- After the artist has received the art work, the full purchase price of the goods will be returned. Please see our returns policy.
Returns Process
Please email us at sofdats@gmail.com askings us for a return. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.
How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at sofdats@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (in case the artwork is damaged). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your artwork, you should mail your product to our physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
